Keep swinging!

The next masterclass at the Dave Frank School of Jazz will be held at Frank and Camille's Pianos, 29 W 57th St., 2nd floor, in midtown Manhattan, on Wed. evening, March 21st, 2007, from 7-8:30 PM. The subject of the February class will be the great guitarist Pat Metheny. The class is free and will be a swingin time for all!

A national radio and print campaign will begin to promote Dave's recently released Jazzheads CD, Ballads and Burners in early March. Dave will also be in the studio in NYC in mid-February to begin recording his next solo CD, tentatively titled Vamps and Verses. This CD will be an exploration of hypnotic modal vamps, ripping burners, and Dave's self-styled "Tune-poems", a unique blend of poetry and music. Updates on the progress of this recording, including studio video and audio samples, will appear on this website shortly.
